First Step course for 9-14 months old babies

With standing, early language, and growing social awareness, babies are entering a whole new stage of development.

At this point, we want to make sure they’ve built the foundation they need to stand well, including balance, spinal alignment, and coordination between the upper and lower body.
We’ll learn fun activities on the floor to strengthen crawling, sitting, and the transitions between them, laying a strong base before walking begins.
We’ll also address common behavioural challenges at this stage, such as fear of strangers and separation anxiety, and explore how to build confidence through movement and joyful play with other baby friends.

Ayala Zaidenberg is a certified baby development instructor trained in the First Step method, who has supported dozens of babies and parents, and looking forward to meeting you too.
